Shipping Info

Products ship in timeframe provided on item page (usually within 1 week). Products ship from the United States via USPS for domestic and Asendia for international. All shipments include tracking.

We are not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply for international orders. Unfortunately, many countries require these and will hold shipments until they are paid - it is up to the customer to pay these fees to receive their item. We apologize as this is out of our hands.

Due to circumstances out of our control, we currently cannot ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Ukraine, Russia, Cuba, & potentially more. If your order cannot be shipped, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Return Policy

Any issues or inquiries about orders please contact plazaceladon@gmail.com and we are always more than happy to help you out.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP via email or social media along with pictures of the damage and we will happily replace your item or offer a refund if no copies remain.

We do NOT offer full item refunds or replacements for record warps that do not affect playback. Minor warping is incredibly common with records, and almost never affects payback. While many people are obsessed with having the "flattest' record possible, we cannot and will not offer replacements for warps that only affect aesthetics. If, on the unlikely chance, you receive a warped record that renders the record unplayable, please contact us with a detailed description of the problem and a video showing the playback issue.

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers for a variety of situations. These include, but are not limited to suspicion of buying our products with intention to flip, flipping our exclusive products at marked up prices, and harassment of our representatives via social media or email. We've especially had to crack down on flipping, as it has become a massive issue - please understand we must make these rules as an attempt to keep release drops fair for all. In the unlikely event that this occurs, your order will be refunded in full and you may be banned from buying from us in the future.
